CHRISTIAN “Chris” PESCHKEN

Founder, FFI Holding, Frontier Film Industries, Chairman

Christian “Chris” Peschken is a media professional with more than four decades of experience in radio, television, film, and documentary production across Europe and the United States. In the 1990s, he co-executive produced several independent feature films with legendary producer Roger Corman, working with acclaimed actors including Martin Sheen, F. Murray Abraham, Scott Glenn, Theresa Russell, and Rod Steiger. He also produced television movies and specials for major German broadcasters, including ZDF and ProSieben.

While based in Hollywood, Peschken provided film risk analysis for reinsurance companies and later developed innovative film investment structures for private investors in Europe. He also served as Chairman of the Social Awareness Committee of the Producers Guild of America.

His recent productions include the award-winning short film “The Silence Within” (“Lautlos”), which received more than 25 international awards and festival honors, and “Mission: Possible – Miracle Over Berlin,” recipient of the Best Non-Veteran Documentary Award.

Today, Peschken is the founder of Frontier Film Industries, developing scalable, family-friendly film and streaming content for global audiences.

MIKA TOIVOLA

President & CEO, FFI Holding, Board Member

Mika has over 30+ years of experience in the automation, telecoms, real estate and construction internationally as a senior executive as well as outstanding knowledge in financial management, corporate strategy, debt and equity capital markets and RE investment management. Mika has held various senior executive-level roles at organizations such as Dar Al Arkan, Al Arrab General Contracting, Skanska, Tellabs, and ABB Industry Drives Group among others.  Mr. Toivola received his master’s degree in economics from the University of Jyväskylä. He resides in Dubai.

KEVIN MCGRAIL

VP Production/Supervising Producer, Frontier Film Industries, Board Member

Kevin has managed the logistics and business operations for hundreds of productions, tailoring unique marketing and distribution strategies for each project. He has founded and maintained numerous entertainment-related companies, including Black Apple Media, Stage 18, and Bradbury Investments. Kevin has secured over 100 tax incentives from various US states and international locations, including Canada, Mexico, and Albania. In 2014, he became a Unit Production Manager member of the Directors Guild of America and joined the Producers Guild of America in 2016. His impressive credits feature Noah Hawley's Faro Season 4, Joe Chappelle's An Acceptable Loss, Austin Vesely's Slice, Joe Swanberg's Easy, and The Shop for HBO Sports. In 2022, Kevin won a sports Emmy for his collaboration with Amazon's Thursday Night Football Broadcast and received an MTV VMA nomination in 2016 for Chance the Rapper's "Angels". Kevin will supervise / oversee all productions of Vegas Film Industries , domestically and internationally.

ALAN GREEN

VP Distribution, Licensing & Sales, Frontier Film Industries, Board Member

Alan Green began his career in the UK distribution business working at Major Studios such as 20th Century Fox and Pathé where he held positions such as Head of Marketing and Head of European Publicity and Promotions releasing Oscar winning and blockbuster titles such as Braveheart, Titanic, Star Wars, The X-Men, The World Is Not Enough, Terminator 2, Basic Instinct to name very few. Followed by working across various European markets for the same companies. For the last 15 years, he transitioned his skills to International Film and Television Distribution, licensing TV and feature film rights to US and International buyers at all major markets around the world with companies based in The Netherlands and the US. With many awards to his name including being part of the Emmy Award Winning Team at FCCE for the production and distribution of the world’s first User-generated Movie by Paul Verhoeven in 2012. Fluent in multiple languages, Green has distributed and developed hundreds of titles with budgets ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to forty million dollars.

TOMAS SANCHEZ

Producer, Director, Frontier Film Industries, Board Member

Tom (Tomas) Sanchez is an award-winning American filmmaker, director, stunt professional, and storyteller with over 35 years in the entertainment industry and a proud member of SAG-AFTRA. He has produced and directed projects for organizations including the University of New Mexico Health & Science, Cricket Wireless, Shamrock Foods, and CHI St. Joseph's Healthcare, while appearing in national commercials for McDonald's, RCA, and others. Trained by Lawrence Park, mentored by Robert Redford, and guided in storytelling by acclaimed director Bob M. Young, Tom blends authentic filmmaking with strong values. He is also the founder of Conservation Xtreme, a New Mexico movie ranch dedicated to wildlife conservation, veteran support, and inspiring, family-friendly storytelling rooted in faith, culture, and the American West.

FRANK MAYOR

Executive Producer, Frontier Film Industries, Board Member 

Frank Mayor is an internationally respected entertainment executive, producer, and entrepreneur with more than four decades of experience spanning the music, film, television, legal, and financial industries. As President and CEO of Cinevision Global Inc., he oversees a diversified entertainment group engaged in production, post-production, worldwide distribution, and international media ventures. A pioneer in developing entertainment business between the West and China, Frank established long-standing relationships with major Chinese media organizations, including China Central Television (CCTV), and has played a key role in bringing Chinese content to global audiences. He has produced more than twenty feature films, acquired and manages a library of over 1,000 film titles, and has worked with legendary recording artists including Guns N' Roses, Heart, Kenny G, Roy Orbison, Brian Wilson, and Vanessa Williams. His international business expertise and strategic vision make him an invaluable member of the Frontier Film Industries leadership team.

MICHAEL MOOG DE MEDICI

VP Music Production, Frontier Film Industries, Board Member 

Michael is a multi-talented artist with a 40+ years career as song writer, producer, singer, pianist and actor. His highlights include a spectacular Fourth of July Gala Concert at the White House in 2002 with H. David Meyers. Encouraged by jazz legends like Frank Sinatra, he founded the Palm Beach Society Swing in 1999 and was inducted into the American Big Band Hall for his contributions to the genre. Expanding his influence, Michael joined the Entertainer Network USA and Esmerald Records Nashville as a producer. His autobiographical novel, "Der Prinz von Palm Beach," debuted at the 2015 Frankfurt International Bookfair. Michael wrote, composed, produced and often performed over 500 music titles over the past years. He is an BMI artist. Michael is VFI’s music supervisor and will also write & compose title themes and underscores for most of the VFI movies. Michael is married and the father of three children. He resides in Germany, the USA and Germany.
